UHU PLUS MULTIFEST + in the double-chamber cartridge is a methyl methacrylate adhesive for high-performance bonding (e.g. automotive, metal construction, model making), which is resistant, shock- and shock-resistant and has excellent gasoline and oil resistance. The easy-to-use dual chamber cartridge with convenient mixers allows automatic mixing of the 2 components and is easy and clean to apply.

Materials

Bonds stainless steel, steel, carbon chrome, vinyl and acrylic products (PMMA), LMR, ABS, PVC, PU, fiberglass, polyester, styrene resins, PET compounds, PC compounds, epoxy coated materials, PBT compounds, polyurethane, epoxies and others. Not suitable for für PE and PP.

Processing

Adhesive surfaces must be dry and free of dust and grease. Roughen smooth surfaces. Insert the adhesive cartridge into the dispenser. Open cap and attach static mixer. Binder and hardener are automatically mixed in a ratio of 1:1. Apply adhesive on one side, on both sides for rough materials. Join the parts without pressing. After bonding, set down the mixer and replace the cap on the adhesive cartridge. As the adhesive residues in the mixer harden after use, the mixer can be disposed of. Please do not forget mixing nozzles and dispenser: The UHU plus double chamber cartridges are always supplied without accessories. To work with the adhesive, you need a one-time dispenser and a mixing nozzle for each application.
