UHU plus endfest 300 is a solvent-free 2-component reactive adhesive. UHU plus endfest 300 is a universal solution, ideal for joins under extreme loading. In most cases, the mixing ratio is 1 part binder to 1 part hardener by volume. There is a limited work life after mixing. Besides its high final strength (max 30 N/mm²), the bond is characterised by very high resistance to impacts, ageing, and moisture.

Materials

Bonds metals, glass, porcelain, ceramics, wood, marble, stone, concrete, thermosets, GFR plastics, rigid PVC, rubber, rigid foam plastics, e.g. EPS. Not suitable for bonding large glass areas, PE, PP.

Processing

Surfaces for bonding must be dry, and free of dust and grease. Roughen smooth surfaces. Mix in the ratio 1 part binder to 1 part hardener (strands of equal length). Apply adhesive to one side, or to both sides of rough materials. Position items together accurately without pressing. Open time (work life): approx 2 hours. Hardening time and final strength vary with temperature; initial strength after about 12–24 hours at room temperature.
