UHU Greenit Krafkleber +150°C is a super-strong, high-quality, professional contact adhesive based on neoprene rubber. For demanding, hard-wearing adhesive joints, such as bonding of materials under tension. Heat resistant up to +150°C, therefore ideal for use in combination with heat sources such as sunlight, radiators and engines (automotive).

Materials

Suitable for bonding flat joints or laminating a wide variety of materials that require immediate loading or processing. Bonds, among others, wood, boards, veneer, plastic and metal cladding (HPL, e.g. Formica®), rubber/foam rubber, leather, cork, fabrics, linoleum and many flexible foams (e.g. poly&foam) both to each other and to many substrates. Not suitable für Polystyrene foams (eg Styropor®, Styrodur®, Tempex®), as well as PE, PP and vinyl.

Processing

Process adhesive and parts to be bonded at room temperature. Relative humidity must be lower than 65%. To avoid blistering due to condensation, the temperature of the adhesive and the material to be bonded must be at least equal to the ambient temperature, preferably between 18°C and 20°C. Do not place coated surfaces in drafts.
If the adhesive bond comes into long-term contact with water in the case of porösem material, the adhesive may detach from the wet substrate.

Spray-Application: Add 20% Solvent to the adhesive. Without the addition of the Solvent is not acceptable spray pattern. For application, a manual spray gun model: PILOT IIIK is recommended, equipped with a 1.5 mm rotary jet nozzle, a wide jet air head and a flow cup. When processing larger quantities in the production process, it is recommended to choose the gun in the material connection version and to work with a pressure vessel or pump. The material pressure should be between 0.5 -1.0 bar, the inlet pressure (dynamic) between 2.0 & 4.0 bar. The parameters vary depending on the order pattern. Carry out at room temperature.
