UHU PLUS EPOXY Quick Set adhesive Dual-Barrel cartridge, 50ml

Liquid-free two-component adhesive based on epoxy resin for fast, resilient bonding in the double-chamber cartridge. The user-friendly double chamber cartridge with the practical mixers allows automatic mixing of the 2 components and is easy and clean to use. Enables high-strength adhesive bonds on almost all solid materials. The working time is up to 5 minutes, manual strength is reached after 20 minutes. The final strength is approx. 13 N/mm². The bond cures transparently, is impact resistant and resistant to ageing and moisture.

Materials

Bonds metals, glass, porcelain, ceramics, wood, marble, stone, concrete, thermosetting plastics, glass-fibre reinforced plastics, rigid PVC, rubber, rigid foam plastics, e.g. polystyrene. Unsuitable for bonding on large glass surfaces, PE, PP.

Processing

Adhesive surfaces must be dry and free of dust and grease. Roughen smooth surfaces. Insert the adhesive cartridge into the dispenser. Open the cap and put on a static mixer. Binder and hardener are automatically mixed in a ratio of 1:1. Apply adhesive on one side, on both sides for rough materials. Join the parts without pressing. After bonding, put down the mixer and replace the cap on the adhesive cartridge. As the adhesive residues in the mixer harden after use, the mixer can be disposed of. Please do not forget mixing nozzles and dispenser: The UHU plus double chamber cartridges are always supplied without accessories. To work with the adhesive, you need a one-time dispenser and a mixing nozzle for each application.
